End-User License Agreement

1. Authorized Use

Access to the Tracker is provided solely for legitimate business purposes related to TLC Signs' sales, production, installation, invoicing, and administrative operations.

Users may not:

• Share their login credentials with unauthorized persons.
• Attempt to access information or functions for which they are not authorized.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Tracker except as expressly authorized by TLC Signs.
• Use the Tracker for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

2. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for notifying TLC Signs of suspected unauthorized access.

TLC Signs may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the application, its data, or company operations.

3. Data and Business Records

Information entered into the Tracker in connection with TLC Signs business operations remains the property of TLC Signs or the applicable customer or business partner.

The Tracker may contain sales orders, customer information, production information, installation records, photographs, invoices, and related business data.

4. Third-Party Services

The Tracker may integrate with third-party services, including QuickBooks Online provided by Intuit. Use of those services is also subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

The Tracker's QuickBooks integration is intended to transmit authorized invoice and related accounting information from the Tracker to QuickBooks Online.

5. Availability

TLC Signs makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and security of the Tracker but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Changes

TLC Signs may modify the Tracker, its features, or this agreement as necessary to support its business operations.
