TLC Signs does not sell information contained in the Tracker to third parties.

3. QuickBooks Online Integration

The Tracker may connect to QuickBooks Online (“QBO”), a service provided by Intuit.

When the QuickBooks integration is enabled, the Tracker may transmit authorized information necessary to create invoices in the TLC Signs QuickBooks Online account, including customer references, invoice information, line items, amounts, and related accounting information.

The integration is intended to operate from the Tracker to QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks authentication credentials and tokens are used solely to authorize the application's permitted access to the connected QuickBooks account.

QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit's own privacy policies and terms.

4. Data Storage and Security

Tracker data is stored on servers used to operate the application. TLC Signs uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect the information maintained by the Tracker.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Data Sharing

TLC Signs may disclose information when necessary to:

• Provide and maintain the Tracker.
• Perform authorized integrations with third-party services.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Protect the security and integrity of the application and company systems.

TLC Signs does not sell Tracker information for advertising or marketing purposes.
